Welcome to the end of your SMB Management course! It has been an interesting semester, with some peaks and valleys, but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed our time together as a class and getting to know each of you.
Below you’ll see what is needed to build a strategic map that will take your now 10 million dollar company from good to great. As you’ll notice, the instructions are an infographic. I figured I’d be an example of what is expected for your final project.
For the final, I’m requiring you to think differently, which you’ll need when you’re ready to build a great company. Not only am I having you figure out how to build a billion-dollar strategy, but I’m also pushing you to try a different approach.
You can’t just do another PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva Presentation like you did with your $10 million dollars strategic map. Instead, you need to try a different content medium, like video, audio, pictures, models, legos, or anything your incredible mind comes up with. I don’t care, as long as you complete what is requested.
So good luck, but most importantly, enjoy yourself!
P.S. If you’re having a hard time seeing the infographic here is a slide deck 🙂 with the same information.
P.P.S. Here are all the strategy worksheets we did in class.

- Hedgehog
- PESTLE
- Competitor Analysis (there are five tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to provide you options, you only need to do one tab)
